W ithdrawing P ublic L and in Aid of F lood C ontrol ARKANSAS
Byvirtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, c. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the following-described public land in Arkansas be, and it is hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserved for use in connection with the construction of the Nimrod Dam and Reservoir on the Fourche La Fave River, under the su pervision of the War Department as au thorized by the act of June 28, 1938, c.
795, 52 Stat. 1215:
