DIVISION OF LOAN FEES ON FEDERAL LAND
BANK AND COMMISSIONER LOANS

Section 26.4 of Title 6, Code of Federal Regulations is amended to read as fo l lows:
26.4
Fee for division of loan.
Where two or more new applications are filed for the purpose of dividing an exist ing loan and no increase is desired, a fee of $5.00 must accompany each applica tion. No closing fee will be charged.

Applicants for reamor tization of land bank and Commissioner loans will not be required to pay a re amortization fee; however, applicants will be required to pay such out-of-pocket costs as abstract charges, recording fees, and other incidental items.
