Commodity Credit Corporation has ap proved a form of assignment to be used by lending agencies in transferring notes on 1938-39 CCC Cotton Form A which have been tendered to the Corporation and are held by the Federal Reserve Bank, Custodian, in safe-keeping, for the account of the lending agency. Such notes may be assigned only to lending agencies which have executed the Con tract to Purchase 1938-39 CCC Cotton Form D .
