By virtue of and pursuant to the au thority vested in me by the District of Columbia Alley Dwelling Act, approved June 12,1934 48 Stat. 930, the Director of Planning of the National Capital Park and Planning Commission is hereby des ignated as a member of the Alley Dwell ing Authority vice the Executive Officer of the National Capital Park and Plan ning Commission.
Executive Order No. 6868 of October 9, 1934, designating the members of the A l ley Dwelling Authority, as amended by Executive Order No. 7784-A of January 5, 1938,1 is modified accordingly.
