E x e c u t iv e O rder RESTORING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CONTROL OF THE SECRETARY
OF THE INTERIOR

Washington By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847, as amended by the act of August 24, 1912, ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497, it is ordered as follows:
S e c t io n 1. The following-described lands,
which were transferred by Executive Order of August 13, 1923, to the Department of the Interior for disposition under the act of July 5, 1884, ch. 214, 23 Stat. 103, and which were with drawn by Executive Order No. 4104 of November 20, 1924, for the use of the Navy Department, are hereby restored to the control of the Secretary of the Interior for disposition as provided by the said act of July 5, 1884, or as may be otherwise provided by law:
