C., title 16, sec. 473, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the followingdescribed public lands in Alaska be, and they are hereby, included in and made a part of the TongasS National Forest:

N ovember 19, 1937.
Pursuant to section 4 of an act of Congress approved June 12, 1934, entitled An Act to Amend the Tariff Act of 1930.
as extended by Public Resolution 10, approved March 1, 1937, and Executive Order No. 6750 of June 27, 1934, the Secretary of State announced today th at this Government contemplates the negotiation of a trade agreement with Canada, and invited interested persons to submit suggestions as to the products that should be considered.
