Alaska By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 24 of the act of March 3, 1891, 26 Stat. 1095, 1103, as amended U. S. C., title 16, sec. 471, and the act of June 4, 1897, 30 Stat. 11, 36 U. S. C., title 16, sec. 473, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the followingdescribed public lands in Alaska be, and they are hereby, included in and made a part of the TongasS National Forest:

acres.

N. 0652 W., 500 ft;

Thence, S. 0652 E., 500 ft. to the place of beginning.
The tract as described contains an area of 3,443
acres.

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me under Title n of the National Industrial Recovery Act, approved June 16, 1933 48 Stat. 200, it is ordered that the control and jurisdiction over the following-described lands, consisting of 3,186.997 acres, more or less, acquired by the United States through the Resettlement Adminis tration, in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, be, and they are hereby, transferred from the Department of Agriculture to the Department of the Interior for conservation purposes in connection with the administration of the Taylor Grazing Act, approved June 28, 1934 48 Stat. 1269, as amended by the act of June 26,1936 49 Stat. 1976:

C., title 5, sec. 6, I hereby authorize and direct the Solicitor of the Department of Labor to perform the duties of Secretary of Labor during the absence of the Secretary of Labor and the Assistant Secretary of Labor.

N ovember 19, 1937.
Pursuant to section 4 of an act of Congress approved June 12, 1934, entitled An Act to Amend the Tariff Act of 1930.
as extended by Public Resolution 10, approved March 1, 1937, and Executive Order No. 6750 of June 27, 1934, the Secretary of State announced today th at this Government contemplates the negotiation of a trade agreement with Canada, and invited interested persons to submit suggestions as to the products that should be considered.
