Under and pursuant to the provisions of the act of June 23, 1934 <48 Stat. 1269, and subject to the lim ita tio n s and conditions therein contained, New Mexico Grazing District No. 5 as established by order approved April 8, 1935, is hereby modified to include also within its exterior hniinriaripfl the following described lands, which are hereby transferred from New Mexico Grazing District No. 4:

The proposed marketing agreement and the proposed order each embodies, in similar terms, a plan for the regulation of such handling of milk in the Fort Wayne, Indiana, Market ing Area as is in the current of interstate commerce, or which directly burdens, obstructs, or affects interstate com merce in such milk. Among other things, the proposed marketing agreement and order provide for: a selection of a market administrator; b classification of milk; c minimum prices; d payments to producers through the use of a market-wide equalization pool;

Pursuant to authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture under Section 8 of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allot ment Act, it is hereby determined with respect to the 1936
