COMO ACTIVIDAD PRINCIPAL EL ARRENDAMIENTO DE BIENES INMUEBLES EN TERRITORIO ESPAÑOL, Y LA TRANSMISION DE LOS INMUEBLES ARRENDADOS UNA VEZ TRANSCURRIDOS EL PERIODO MINIMO DE 7 AÑOS DURANTE LOS CUALES DICHOS INMUEBLES HAN DE ESTAR ARRENDADOS U OFRECIDOS EN ARRENDMIENTO.
