ARTICULO 20.- DURACION DEL CARGO DE ADMINISTRADOR.- La vigencia del cargo de administrador de la sociedad tendrá el plazo de seis años. Pasado el plazo inicial, podrán ser reelegidos, por periodos de igual duración máxima.
