Consumer Complaint NarrativeI have disputed the fact that I was never late and there is not a pending foreclosure. My Equifax report has dropped nearly 30 points because of this. I did in Lieu of Deed. XXXX paid XXXX off. They are stating that the account was late and a charge off.
