Table 21 reports the monetized costs related to staff vacancies, costs of vaccination, costs of masking, costs of testing, and costs of recordkeeping. These estimates cover the Head Start staff vaccination coverage scenarios, and do not differ by discount rate.
All estimates cover the same time horizon and are reported in 2020 dollars.
