Growing beef heifers fed in confinement for slaughter up to 800
pounds: For the treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by Escherichia coli and bacterial pneumonia caused by Pasteurella multocida organisms susceptible to chlortetracycline, control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and E. zuernii, increased rate of weight gain, improved feed efficiency, and suppression of estrus heat.

ton lasalocid to provide 10 mg chlortetracycline per lb of body weight per day and 1 mg lasalocid per 2.2 lb of body weight per day with a maximum of 360 mg lasalocid per head per day for not more than 5 days of feeding. After completing feeding of this combination, continue feeding a Type C top-dress medicated feed containing melengestrol acetate alone.
