States International Trade Commissions DataWeb, indicate that six countries Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Romania, and Sweden exported softwood lumber to the United States during that time period in amounts sufficient to account for at least one percent of U.S. imports of softwood lumber products. We intend to rely on similar previous six-month periods to identify the countries subject to future reports on softwood lumber subsidies.
For example, we will rely on U.S.
imports of softwood lumber and softwood lumber products during the period July 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, to select the countries subject for the next report.
Under U.S. trade law, a subsidy exists where an authority: i Provides a financial contribution; ii provides any form of income or price support within the meaning of Article XVI of the GATT
1994; or iii makes a payment to a funding mechanism to provide a financial contribution to a person, or entrusts or directs a private entity to make a financial contribution, if providing the contribution would normally be vested in the government and the practice does not differ in substance from practices normally followed by governments, and a benefit is thereby conferred.1
Parties should include in their comments: 1 The country which provided the subsidy; 2 the name of the subsidy program; 3 a brief description no more than 34
sentences of the subsidy program; and 4 the government body or authority that provided the subsidy.

Wooden Cabinets and Vanities and Components Thereof From the Peoples Republic of China: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce.
SUMMARY: On September 2, 2021, the Department of Commerce Commerce published the initiation and preliminary results of a changed circumstances review CCR of the antidumping duty AD order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof cabinets from the Peoples Republic of China China. For these final results, Commerce continues to find that Goldenhome Living Co., Ltd., Goldenhome is the successor-ininterest to Xiamen Goldenhome Co., Ltd., Xiamen Goldenhome in the context of the AD order on cabinets from China.

Background On September 2, 2021, Commerce published the Initiation and Preliminary Results, in the Federal Register, finding Goldenhome to be the successor-ininterest to Xiamen Goldenhome.1 In the Initiation and Preliminary Results, interested parties were provided an opportunity to comment and request a public hearing regarding our preliminary results. The merchandise subject to this Order consists of wooden cabinets and vanities that are for permanent installation including floor mounted, wall mounted, ceiling hung or by attachment of plumbing, and wooden components thereof. Wooden cabinets and vanities and wooden components are made substantially of wood products, including solid wood and engineered wood products including those made from wood particles, fibers, or other wooden materials such as plywood, strand board, block board, particle board, or fiberboard, or bamboo. Wooden cabinets and vanities consist of a cabinet box which typically includes a top, bottom, sides, back, base blockers, ends/end panels, stretcher rails, toe kicks, and/or shelves and may or may not include a frame, door, drawers and/or shelves. Subject merchandise includes wooden cabinets and vanities with or without wood veneers, wood, paper or other overlays, or laminates, with or without non-wood components or trim such as metal, marble, glass, plastic, or other resins, whether or not surface finished or unfinished, and whether or not completed.
Wooden cabinets and vanities are covered by this Order whether or not they are imported attached to, or in conjunction with, faucets, metal plumbing, sinks and/or sink bowls, or countertops. If wooden cabinets or vanities are imported attached to, or in conjunction with, such merchandise, only the wooden cabinet or vanity is covered by the scope.
Subject merchandise includes the following wooden component parts of cabinets and vanities: 1 Wooden cabinet and vanity frames 2 wooden cabinet and vanity boxes which typically include a top, bottom, sides, back, base blockers, ends/end panels, stretcher rails, toe kicks, and/or shelves, 3 wooden cabinet or vanity doors, 4 wooden cabinet or vanity drawers and drawer components which typically include sides, backs, bottoms, and faces, 5 back panels and end panels, 6 and desks, shelves, and tables that are attached to or incorporated in the subject merchandise.
