SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background On September 20, 2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Order.1 On June 1, 2021, the Department of Commerce Commerce published the notice of initiation of the sunset reviews of the Order, pursuant to section 751c of the Act.2 On June 14 and 16, 2021, Commerce received a notice of intent to participate from Cleveland-Cliffs Inc.
Cleveland-Cliffs, United States Steel Corporation U.S. Steel, California Steel Industries California Steel, Steel Dynamics Inc. Steel Dynamics, and Nucor Corporation Nucor, within the deadline specified in 19 CFR
