promulgated between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2020 Checklists 217220, 222, 223, 225242. EPA proposes to determine, subject to receipt of written comments that oppose this action, that Arizonas hazardous waste program revisions are equivalent to, consistent with, and no less stringent than the
Federal program, and therefore satisfy all the requirements necessary to qualify for authorization. Arizona adopts by reference the Federal RCRA regulations in effect as of June 30, 2020, at Arizona Administrative Code Title 18, Chapter 8, Article 2 A.A.C R188260 through 280, effective as of December 31, 2020.
