Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2018

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce Commerce determines that steel concrete reinforcing bar rebar from Mexico was sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review POR, November 1, 2018, through October 31, 2019. In addition, Commerce determines that Ternium Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
Ternium had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR.

Background On March 23, 2021, Commerce published the Preliminary Results.1 On April 22, 2021, Commerce received case briefs on behalf of the petitioners 2 and Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. Deacero. On April 29, 2021, the petitioners and Deacero submitted rebuttal briefs.
