Description of the need for the information and proposed use: The issuance of this notice is modeled on the public review and input process that HUD utilized in the establishment of the healthcare facility documents for Section 232 of the National Housing Act Section 232 program. On July 5, 2019, at 78 FR 16279, after solicitation of comment, HUD published in the Federal Register a notice that announced the approval of the healthcare facility documents under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995

0605, by the Office of Management and Budget OMB.

B. Solicitation of Public Comment This notice is soliciting comments from members of the public and affected parties concerning the collection of information described in Section A on the following:
