i From 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., from 8 a.m.
to 9 a.m., and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
on October 5, 2021. If necessary due to inclement weather or other reason on October 5, 2021, it will be enforced from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on October 7, 2021;
ii From 6 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., from 7
a.m. to 7:30 a.m., from 8 a.m. to 8:30
a.m., and from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on October 8, 2021. If necessary due to inclement weather or other reason on October 8, 2021, it will be enforced from 6 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., from 7 a.m. to 7:30
a.m., from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and from 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on October 12, 2021;
iii From 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., from 8 a.m.
to 9 a.m., and from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
on November 9, 2021. If necessary due to inclement weather or other reason on November 9, 2021, it will be enforced from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m., from 8 a.m. to 9

3 Paragraph a2 of this section will be enforced:

to 5 p.m. on October 5, 2021. If necessary due to inclement weather or other reason on October 5, 2021, it will be enforced from 12 p.m. noon to 1

ii From 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., from 12 p.m.
