B. Solicitation of Public Comment This notice is soliciting comments from members of the public and affected parties concerning the collection of information described in Section A on the following:
1 Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility;
2 The accuracy of the agencys estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information;
3 Ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and 4 Ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond; including through the use of appropriate automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submission of responses.
HUD encourages interested parties to submit comment in response to these questions.

Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection Request Submitted for Public Comment; EBSA
Participant Assistance Program Customer Survey Employee Benefits Security Administration, Department of Labor.
ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
The Department of Labor the Department, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, provides the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and continuing collections of information. This helps the Department assess the impact of its information collection requirements and minimize the publics reporting burden.
It also helps the public understand the Departments information collection requirements and provide the requested data in the desired format. The Employee Benefits Security Administration EBSA is soliciting comments on the proposed information collection request ICR described below. A copy of the ICRs may be obtained by contacting the office listed in the ADDRESSES section of this notice.

This notice requests public comment on the Departments revision of a currently approved collection of information regarding a customer survey that solicits inquirers feedback on the applicability and utility of EBSAs Participant Assistance Program. A summary of the ICR and the current burden estimates follows:
