In accordance with section 751a1
of the Act, Commerce intends, upon publication of the final results, to instruct CBP to collect cash deposits of estimated countervailing duties in the amounts shown for each of the respective companies listed above on shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of publication of the final results of this administrative review. For all nonreviewed firms, we will instruct CBP to continue to collect cash deposits at the most recent company-specific or allothers rate applicable to the company.
These cash deposit requirements, when imposed, shall remain in effect until further notice.

Melamine From the Peoples Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders Enforcement and Compliance, International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce.

AGENCY:

The Department of Commerce Commerce and the International Trade Commission ITC have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty AD and countervailing duty CVD
orders on melamine from the Peoples Republic of China China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States. Therefore, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD and CVD orders.
