feet above the surface within a 7-mile radius of the airport, and within 3.4 miles each side of the 047 bearing from the airport, extending from the 7-mile radius to 12 miles northeast of the airport, and within 8 miles south and 4 miles north of the 225 bearing from the airport, extending from 2.6 miles southwest of the airport to 18.7 miles southwest of the airport; and that airspace extending upward from 1,200 feet above the surface within a 48-mile radius of Great Falls International Airport.
The FAA has determined that this action qualifies for categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act in accordance with FAA
Order 1050.1F, Environmental Impacts: Policies and Procedures, paragraph 56.5a. This airspace action is not expected to cause any potentially significant environmental impacts, and no extraordinary circumstances exist that warrant the preparation of an environmental assessment.

This rule amends, suspends, or removes Standard Instrument Approach Procedures SIAPs and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures for operations at certain airports. These regulatory actions are needed because of the adoption of new or revised criteria,

DATES: This rule is effective July 1, 2021. The compliance date for each SIAP, associated Takeoff Minimums, and ODP is specified in the amendatory provisions.
The incorporation by reference of certain publications listed in the regulations is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of July 1, 2021.
