Because we determine that there are changed circumstances that warrant the revocation of the Orders, in part, we will instruct CBP to liquidate without regard to AD and CVD duties, and to refund any estimated AD and CVD
duties, on all unliquidated entries of the merchandise covered by these partial revocations effective April 25, 2017, for purposes of the CVD Order and June 23, 2017, for purposes of the AD Order.
Consistent with its recent notice,19
Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions to CBP no earlier than 35
days after the date of publication of these final results in the Federal Register. If a timely summons is filed at the U.S. Court of International Trade, the assessment instructions will direct CBP not to liquidate relevant entries until the time for parties to file a request for a statutory injunction has expired i.e., within 90 days of publication.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The MidAtlantic Fishery Management Councils Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel will meet via webinar jointly with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commissions Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Advisory Panel. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss recent performance of the summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass commercial and recreational fisheries and develop Fishery Performance Reports. These reports will be considered by the Scientific and Statistical Committee, the Monitoring Committee, Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council, and Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission when setting 2022 and 2023 catch and landings limits and management measures for summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass.
These meetings are physically accessible to people with disabilities.

The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council Council will hold a five-day hybrid virtual and inperson meeting to consider actions affecting the Gulf of Mexico fisheries in the exclusive economic zone EEZ.
DATES: The meeting will convene Monday, June 21 through Friday, June 25, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
EDT, with the exception of Thursday, June 24, 2021 until 5:30 p.m. EDT and Friday, June 25, 2021 until 4:30 p.m.
EDT.
SUMMARY:
The meeting will be a hybrid meeting offering both in-person and virtual options for attending the meeting.
