III. Date of Effectiveness of the Proposed Rule Change and Timing for Commission Action Because the foregoing proposed rule change does not: i Significantly affect the protection of investors or the public interest; ii impose any significant burden on competition; and iii become operative for 30 days from the date on which it was filed, or such shorter time as the Commission may designate, it has become effective pursuant to Section 19b3Aiii of the Act 57 and paragraph f6 of Rule 19b4
thereunder.58
At any time within 60 days of the filing of the proposed rule change, the Commission summarily may temporarily suspend such rule change if it appears to the Commission that such action is necessary or appropriate in the public interest, for the protection of investors, or otherwise in furtherance of the purposes of the Act. If the Commission takes such action, the Commission shall institute proceedings to determine whether the proposed rule should be approved or disapproved.
IV. Solicitation of Comments Interested persons are invited to submit written data, views, and arguments concerning the foregoing, including whether the proposed rule change is consistent with the Act.

This notice announces a meeting of the NextGen Advisory Committee NAC.
DATES: The meeting will be held virtually only, on March 18, 2021, from 10:00 a.m.1:00 p.m. EDT. Requests to attend the meeting virtually and request for accommodations for a disability must be received by March 5, 2021. If you wish to make a public statement during the meeting, you must submit a written copy of your remarks by March 5, 2021. Requests to submit written materials, to be reviewed by NAC
Members before the meeting, must be received no later than March 5, 2021.

SUMMARY:
I. Background The Secretary of Transportation established the NAC under agency authority in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act FACA, as amended, Public Law 92463, 5 U.S.C. App. 2, to provide independent advice and recommendations to FAA, and to respond to specific taskings received directly from FAA. The NAC
recommends consensus-driven advice for FAA consideration relating to Air Traffic Management System modernization.
II. Agenda At the meeting, the agenda will cover the following topics:
