Commissioners, Counsel to the Commissioners, the Secretary to the Commission, and recording secretaries will attend the closed meeting. Certain staff members who have an interest in the matters also may be present.

The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments on the advance notice from interested persons.

Clearing Agencys Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Advance Notice This advance notice is submitted in connection with proposed changes that would amend OCCs Rules, Capital Management Policy, and certain other OCC policies to establish a persistent minimum level of OCCs own prefunded financial resources commonly referred to as skin-in-the-game that OCC would contribute to cover default losses or liquidity shortfalls.
