Anthropology. The human remains are a shovel shaped incisor with a groove between the enamel and the tooth root.
No known individual was identified. No associated funerary objects are present.
Museum records indicate that the Buick Camp Site represents a High Plains Upper Republican occupation.
Radiocarbon analysis dates the Buick Camp Site to 664770 A.D., which corresponds to the Plains Woodland Period. Archeologists identify the Upper Republican culture as ancestral Pawnee.
Elbert County is within the cultural landscape of the Pawnee Nation. Based on archeological and historical evidence, the Buick Camp Site was situated in an area where bison were harvested at least bi-annually.
Determinations Made by the University of Denver Museum of Anthropology Officials of the University of Denver Museum of Anthropology have determined that:
Pursuant to 25 U.S.C. 30019, the human remains described in this notice represent the physical remains of one individual of Native American ancestry.
Pursuant to 25 U.S.C. 30012, there is a relationship of shared group identity that can be reasonably traced between the Native American human remains and the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma.

Additional Requestors and Disposition Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request with information in support of the request to Anne Amati, University of Denver Museum of Anthropology, 2000 E Asbury Avenue, Sturm Hall 146, Denver, CO 80208, telephone 303 8712687, email anne.amati@du.edu, by March 26, 2021.
After that date, if no additional requestors have come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma may proceed.
The University of Denver Museum of Anthropology is responsible for notifying the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma and The Invited Tribes that this notice has been published.

AGENCY:
The Drug Enforcement Administration DEA is providing notice of an application it has received from an entity applying to be registered to manufacture in bulk basic classes of controlled substances listed in schedule I. DEA intends to evaluate this and other pending applications according to its regulations governing the program of growing marihuana for scientific and medical research under DEA
registration.
SUMMARY:
Registered bulk manufacturers of the affected basic classes, and applicants therefor, may file written comments on or objections to the issuance of the proposed registration on or before April 26, 2021.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Controlled Substances Act CSA
prohibits the cultivation and distribution of marihuana except by persons who are registered under the CSA to do so for lawful purposes. In accordance with the purposes specified in 21 CFR 1301.33a, DEA is providing notice that the entity identified below has applied for registration as a bulk manufacturer of schedule I controlled substances. In response, registered bulk manufacturers of the affected basic classes, and applicants therefor, may file written comments on or objections of the requested registration, as provided in this notice. This notice does not constitute any evaluation or determination of the merits of the application submitted.
The applicant plans to manufacture bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients APIs for product development and distribution to DEA-registered researchers. If the application for registration is granted, the registrant would not be authorized to conduct DATES:

other activity under this registration aside from those coincident activities specifically authorized by DEA
regulations. DEA will evaluate the application for registration as a bulk manufacturer for compliance with all applicable laws, treaties, and regulations and to ensure adequate safeguards against diversion are in place.
As this applicant has applied to become registered as a bulk manufacturer of marihuana, the application will be evaluated under the criteria of 21 U.S.C. 823a. DEA will conduct this evaluation in the manner described in the rule published at 85 FR
82333 on December 18, 2020, and reflected in DEA regulations at 21 CFR
part 1318.
