Section 679.81 requires allocations of rockfish primary species among various sectors of the Rockfish Program. Tables 10 and 11 list the final 2021 and 2022
allocations of rockfish primary species in the Central GOA to the entry level longline fishery, and rockfish CV and CP cooperatives in the Rockfish Program. NMFS also is setting aside incidental catch amounts ICAs for other directed fisheries in the Central GOA of 2,500 mt of Pacific ocean perch,
300 mt of northern rockfish, and 250 mt of dusky rockfish. These amounts are based on recent average incidental catches in the Central GOA by other groundfish fisheries.
Allocations among vessels belonging to CV or CP cooperatives are not included in these final harvest specifications. Rockfish Program applications for CV cooperatives and CP
cooperatives are not due to NMFS until March 1 of each calendar year;

therefore, NMFS cannot calculate 2021
and 2022 allocations in conjunction with these final harvest specifications.
NMFS will post the 2021 allocations on the Alaska Region website at https
