This document contains a correction to the final regulation which was published in the Federal Register of November 13, 2020. The regulation to be corrected related to Branch Application Procedures.

SUMMARY:
The final regulation that is the subject of this correction amends the FDICs application requirements for the establishment and relocation of branches and offices so that such applications no longer require statements regarding the compliance of such proposals with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.

The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive AD for Airbus Helicopters Model AS350B, AS350B1, AS350B2, AS350B3, AS350BA, AS350D, AS355E, AS355F, AS355F1, AS355F2, AS355N, and AS355NP
helicopters. This AD was prompted by the in-flight loss of a sliding door. This AD requires inspecting each sliding

DATES: This AD becomes effective March 3, 2021.
