Description of Request: The applicant proposes to modify the startof-month target reservoir surface elevation requirements at the Silver Lake Storage Basin SLSB and Dead River Storage Basin DRSB for the year 2021. Specifically, the applicant proposes to increase the SLSB start-ofmonth target elevations in February and March from 1,477.5 to 1,479.0 feet National Geodetic Vertical Datum NGVD; April from 1,477.5 to 1,485.0
