An island having a length o f approxi mately 340 feet and an approximate maxi mum width of 220 feet, the center o f the island being defined approximately by the coordinates N. 1,797,460 and E. 524,830.
There are hereby expressly EXCEPTED
AND EXCLUDED from the land described above as Parcel No. 4 and from this order 3.5 acres, more or less, being those portions o f the said land which lie below elevation l ,785 M S L .
