Cotton Bulletin 1 is hereby amended by adding 427.934 to read as follows:
427.934 Basic loan rates by ware house locations. The base loan rates, in cents per pound, gross weight, appli cable to Middling white 1-inch upland cotton, under Commodity Credit Cor porations 1958 Cotton Loan Program, are as follow:
