The following new 10.120d is hereby Inserted immediately follow ing 10.120c in Part 10 of Title 6 o f the Code of Fed eral Regulations:
10.1201 Restrictive endorsements of Dearer securities. W hen consolidated coupon bonds issued by the 12 Federal land banks are being presented to Fed eral Reserve Banks or Branches, or to the Treasurer of the United States, by or through banks including Federal land banks for payment, redemption, or exchange pursuant to an optional ex change offering, such bonds may be restnctively endorsed. T h e restrictive endorsement shall be placed thereon in uDstantially the. same manner and with we same effects as prescribed in United tes Treasury Department regulations, how or hereafter in force, governing like transactions in United States bonds; and consoudated coupon bonds so endorsed sh.
