By virtue of and pursuant to the au thority vested in me by section 4 of the Air Commerce Act of 1926 44 Stat. 570, it is ordered that paragraph 2 of Execu tive Order No. 10127 of May 23, 1950, describing the boundaries of the airspace reservation above the Hanford Engineer Works, Richland, Washington, be, and it is hereby, amended to read as follows:
2. Hanford Engineer Works, Rich land, Washington:
Beginning at Latitude 464800", Longitude 1191313"; thence to Latitude 462000", Longitude 119 1313", thence to Latitude 461806", Longitude 1193000", thence to Latitude 463000", Longitude 1195530 , thence to Latitude 463900", Longitude 1195530", thence to Latitude 464800", Longitude 1194700", thence to point of beginning.
The amendment made by this order excludes from the airspace reservation above the Hanford Engineer Works air space above certain landmarks useful in air navigation, and will enable aircraft pilots to follow such landmarks without flying within the reservation as now constituted.

lished a notice of proposed rule making to issue regulations implementing the act of July 20, 1956 70 Stat. 592. In
terested persons were given 30 days within which to submit written com ments, suggestions, or objections with respect to the proposed regulations.
No comments or suggestions were sub mitted within the 30-day period. Con sequently, the proposed regulations arfr hereby adopted without change and are set forth below.

185.160 Purpose. The act of July 20, 1956 70 Stat. 592, which amended the act of July 17, 1914 38 Stat. 509;
30 U. S. C. sec. 122 was enacted to per mit the disposal of certain reserved min eral deposits under the mining laws of the United States.

sec. 122, as amended by the act of July 20, 1956 70 Stat. 592, provides in part as follows:
such deposits to be subject to dis posal by the United States only as shall be hereafter expressly directed by law : Pro vided, however, That all mineral deposits heretofore or hereafter reserved to the United States under this Act which are subject, at the time of application for patent to valid and subsisting rights acquired by discovery and location under the mining laws of the United States made prior to the date of the Mineral Leasing Act of February 25, 1920
