Modified commingled means the storage or handling of rice in bulk or in bags by com mingling in one lot rice of a single class and of a similar grade and quality, in such manner that rice actually deposited in that lot prior to a sample being drawn for quality determination, and no other, may be de livered to the holder of each warehouse re ceipt issued with respect to such rice.
