Notice is hereby given of the termina tion of the 1955 Emergency Peed Pro gram 20 P. R. 7562 pursuant to 475.24
thereof as of 12:01 a. m., e. d. t., June 1, 1957, in accordance with the following:
1. No Parmers Purchase Orders shall be issued after the date of termination.
Parmers Purchase Orders issued prior to such date may be presented to CCC in accordance with the provisions of the 1955 Emergency Peed Program within 30
days from the date of transfer from the farmer to the dealer or any extension of time thereof granted prior to the date of termination. Except as provided in paragraph 2 below, no extension of such 30day period shall be granted after the date of termination for the presentation of Parmers Purchase Orders to CCC.
2. In cases where the issuance of Deal ers Certificates to a dealer was sus pended and it is subsequently determined that the dealer is entitled to the issuance of Dealers Certificates, Parm ers Pur chase Orders which were held by the dealer at the time of suspension and TOich had not expired at the time of suspension, will be extended for the Period of time necessary to enable the dealer to present such purchase orders to the ASC County Committee, and Dealers Certificates will be issued with respect thereto.
3. No extension of the 120 day period tor presentation of Dealers Certificates to CCC will be granted after the date of termination.

The regulations issued by the Com modity Credit Corporation and the Com modity Stabilization Service published in 21 F. R. 5079 and containing specific requirements for the 1956 Emergency Peed Program are hereby amended as follows:
In 475.30 Presentation of Dealers Certificates to CCC, to provide for sales of designated CCC-owned surplus feed grains stored in CCC storage sites in any county which was in a designated disaster area during the program even though the county is no longer in such an area, 475.30 is amended by changing paragraphs a and c to read as follows:
