Administration. T h e 1957
Crop Wheat Price Support Program will e administered by the Commodity Stabilization Service, under the general direction and supervision of the Execu tive Vice President, Commodity Credit Corporation, and w ill be carried out in the field by the State and County A g ri cultural Stabilization and Conservation committees hereinafter referred to as state and county com m ittees.

Definitions. A s used in this an< n instructions, forms, documents in connection therewith, words and phrases defined in this etion shall have the m eaning herein to them unless the context or lect matter otherwise requires.
n a Parm means all adjacent or rby farm or range land under the
same ownership which is operated by one person, including a lso :
1 A n y other adjacent or nearby farm or range land which the county committee determines is operated by the same person as p art o f the same unit in producing range livestock or with respect to the rotation of crops and with w o rk stock, fa rm machinery, and labor sub stantially separate from that fo r any otherJ&nd; and 2 A n y field-rented tract w hether operated by the same or another person which together w ith any other land in cluded in the farm - constitutes a unit with respect to the rotation of crops.
A farm shall be regarded as located in the county in which the principal dw el ling is situated or, if there is no dwelling thereon, it shall be regarded as located in the county in which the m ajo r portion o f the fa rm is located.
b Person means an individual, partnership, association, corporation, es tate, trust, or other business enterprise or legal entity, and wherever applicable, a State, political subdivision o f a State, or any agency thereof.
c O perator means the person who is in charge o f the supervision and con duct o f the farm in g operations on the entire farm .
d Producer means any person having an interest in the wheat crop as landowner, landlord, tenant or share cropper.
e W h e a t m ixture means a mixture o f wheat and other sm all grains e x
cluding vetch, Austrian winter peas, rough peas, and fla x which contains, when seeded, less than 50 percent by weight o f wheat and which when h a r vested produced less than 50 percent o f w heat by weight. A n acreage w ill not be considered as having been devoted to a wheat mixture if the crops other than w heat fa il to reach m aturity and the w heat is permitted to reach maturity.
