661.3 Notices. Every employer sub ject to the provisions of 661.2 shall post in a conspicuous place in each de partment of his establishment where employees subject to the provisions of 661.2 are working such notices of this order as shall be prescribed from time to time by the Administrator of the W age and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor and shall give such other notice as the Administrator may prescribe.

45.5-1 Periodic employment. An in dividual periodically employed under ground in each of two or more mines is regularly employed underground in each mine, and is to be counted in determining whether each mine is one in which no more than fourteen individuals are regu larly employed underground, within the meaning of section 201 b . For ex ample, a mine foreman serving several mines but going underground in each only once a week is to be considered as regularly employed underground in each mine.
