SEAS RADIO FACILITIES
1. Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Federal Property and Adminis trative Services Act of 1949 63 Stat.:
377, as amended, herein called the act, authority is hereby delegated for the pe riod ending June 30,1957 to the Director of the United States Information Agency, to negotiate, without advertising, under section 302 c 4 of the act, contracts for the services of architectural and en gineering firms in connection with the expansion of overseas radio facilities of
the International Broadcasting Service authorized by the United States Infor mation and Education Exchange Act of 1948 62 Stat. 6; 22 U. S. C. 1431, and Reorganization Plan 8 dated August 1, 1953 18 F.R . 4542 .
2. This delegation of authority shall be .Subject to all provisions of Title III
of the said act with respect to negotiated contracts, and to all other provisions of law.
3. The authority herein delegated may be redelegated to any officer or employee of the United States Information Agency.
4. This delegation shall be effective as of the date hereof.
