1104.561 Practice 11: Streambank protection to prevent erosion of farm land. This practice is to control streambank erosion to protect farmland. This practice shall not be approved in cases where there is any likelihood that it will create an erosion or flood hazard to other adjacent land. Plans for each installa tion must be designed by a qualified technician and approved by the Soil Conservation Service and the county committee. The Soil Conservation Serv ice is responsible for laying out and supervising the installation.
