1. Effective December 1, 1954, the items under 27.1 for student medical interns in the U. S. Public Health Serv ice, St. Elizabeths Hospital, Gallinger Municipal Hospital, and student medical intern clinical clerk in the Department of the Army are revoked, and items for medical student intern positions are added to 27.1 as follows:
27.1 Exclusions from provisions of Federal Employees Pay Act and Classifi cation Act.
Medical stu d en t interns, approved train ing during third and fourth years of medical school.
2. Effective December 1, 1954, the stipends prescribed under 27.2 for positions of student medical interns in the U. S. Public Health Serv ice, St. Elizabeths Hospital, Gallinger Municipal Hospital, and of student medi cal intern clinical clerk in the Depart ment of the Army are revoked, and maximum stipends are prescribed for medical student intern positions as follows:
