LIMITATION OF HANDLING

Findings. 1 Pursuant to Order No.
22 19 F. R. 1741, regulating the han dling of Valencia oranges grown in Ari zona and designated part of California, effective March 31, 1954, under the ap plicable provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq., and upon the basis of the recommendation and information submitted by the Valencia Orange Administrative Com mittee, established under the said order, and upon other available information, it is hereby found that the limitation of handling of such Valencia oranges, as hereinafter provided, will tend to ef fectuate the declared policy of the act.
