NON-PAY STATUS
Section 30.204 is amended to read as follows:
30.204 Non-pay status. Whenever a full-time employees absence in a nonpay status within a leave year totals the equivalent of the base pay hours in one pay period, the credits for sick leave shall be reduced 1/2-day, and the credits for annual leave .shall be reduced %-day, %-day, or 1 day according to the em ployees leave-earning category: Pro vided, That no leave shall accrue to the Continued on p. 7339
