Revision On July 3, 1952, a notice o f proposed rule making was published in the F e d
eral R e g is t e r 17 F. R. 5999 regarding a proposed revision o f the United States Standards for Grades o f Fruit Preserves or Jams 7 C FR 52.333. A fte r con sideration of all relevant m atters pre sented, including the proposals set forth in the aforesaid notice, the follow ing revised United States Standards fo r Grades of Fruit Preserves o r Jams are hereby promulgated under the authority contained in the Agricultural M arket ing Act of 1946 60 Stat. 1087; 7 U. S. C.
1621 et seq. and the Departm ent o f Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1953
