GOVERNMENT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
S ection 1. Functions transferred to the Board of Commissioners. There are hereby transferred to the Board of Com missioners of the District of Columbia hereafter in this reorganization plan referred to as the Board of Commis sioners all functions of the following named offices and agencies of the Gov ernment of the District of Columbia, in cluding in the case of each the functions of all officers, employees, and subordinate agencies:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Anatomical Board Board of Accountancy Board of Assistant Assessors Board of Barber Examiners for the Dis trict of Columbia Board for the Condemnation of Dangerous and Unsafe Buildings Board for the Condemnation of Insanitary Buildings in the District of Columbia .
