Notice of proposed rule making regard ing rules and regulations relative to a proposed budget and rate of assessment, to be made effective under Marketing Agreement No. 97 and Order No. 58 7
CPR 958.1 et seq., regulating the han dling of Irish potatoes grown in the State of Colorado was published in the F ederal R egister 15 F. R. 5477. This regulatory program is effective under the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended 48 Stat. 31, as amended; 7 U. S. C. 601 et seq.; 61 Stat.
202, 707; 62 Stat. 1247; 63 Stat. 1051, After consideration of all relevant mat ters presented, including the rules and regulations set forth in the aforesaid notice, which rules and regulations were adopted and submitted for approval by the area committee for Area No. 2
established pursuant to said agreement and order, the following rules and reg ulations are hereby approved.
