Under authority of 6.1 d of Ex
ecutive Order 9830, the Commission, upon the request of the Civil Aeronau tics Administration, has determined that the positions of air traffic controller and aircraft communicator, Civil Aero nautics Administration, on the Isthmus of Panama, should be withdrawn from Schedule A. Effective upon publication in the F ederal R eg ister , 6.101 i is amended to read as follows:
