517.124 T e r m in a tio n Pursuant to 517.121, the Fresh Winter Pear Export Program 14 F. R. 6276, 6767; 15 F. R.
73 shall be terminated as of 11:59 p. m., February 15, 1950. Exporters shall not receive any paymnts on the basis of sales made or declared after February 15,1950, but any sales which otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of the pro gram, made and declared on or before February 15, 1950, shall not be affected by this termination. Other provisions of the program, including final date of ex portation and final date of filing claims, remain unchanged except that Forms FV-428 as to all sales under this program must be filed not later than 11:59 p. m., February 15, 1950, subject to the provi sions of 517.118.
