1. Part 1, Personnel Regulations," is revoked.
2. Part 5, Payment to Participants in the Training program of the United States Cokst and Geodetic Survey under the Philippine Rehabilitation Act of 1946, is redesignated as Fart 503 of Chapter V of Title 33.
3. The codification of Part 10, Organ ization and Functions, Part 11, Or ganization and Functions of the Office of the Secretary, and Part 12, Delega tions of Authority, is hereby revoked.
Future amendments to description of or ganization and delegations of authority will appear in the Notices section of the F ederal R egister .

4. Part 2, Special Studies and Serv ices by Bureaus of the Department of Commerce, is redesignated Part 1.
5. Part 13, Procedures for Handling and Settlement of Claims under the Fed eral Tort Claims Act, is redesignated Part 2.
