That Kongo Motor Car Co., the last known address of which is Tokyo, Japan, is a corporation, partnership, as sociation or other business organization, organized under the laws of Japan, and which has or, since the effective date of Executive Order 8389, as amended, has had its principal place of business in Japan and is a national of a designated enemy country Japan ;
