War Pood Order No. 15, as amended 11 F. R. 4778, 5105, 6271, 11446, 11985, and all war food orders pursuant there to 1 are hereby terminated effective as of 12:01 a. m., e. s. t., March 24, 1947.
With respect to violations, rights ac crued, liabilities incurred, or appeals taken under the aforesaid war food or ders, prior to the effective time of the provisions hereof, the provisions of said war food orders, in effect prior to the effective time hereof, shall be deemed to continue in full force and effect for the purpose of sustaining any proper suit, action, or other proceeding with respect to any such violation, right, liability, or appeal.
