Pursuant to the provisions of section Chapter !XIWar Food Administration 301 e of the Sugar Act of 1937, as Distribution Orders amended, and Executive Order No. 9322, WFO 89, Termination issued March 26, 1943, as amended by Executive Order No. 9334, issued April 19, P art 1460 F ats and O ils 1943, the following determination is here conservation and distribution of peanuts by issued:
